RESEARCH:
The “candlelite” design was based on feedback we received from customers who purchased our chemical lightsticks for their carols by candlelight events. We found that the most common requests were to have a product that would be safe, fun, affordable and bright enough to read their carols song sheet. However, the main request by customers was to have a product that would encompass the above attributes, as well as resembling a real candle in order to keep within the Carols by Candlelight theme.
